These body-centred, science backed methods enable recovery from trauma, overwhelm and stress, even long after the event.
For who?
- You have gone through an intensive experience and are not yourself since.
- You experience involuntary loss of clarity and energy in certain situations or, on the contrary, react with far too much energy.
- Are recovering from an intense period or burnout and want to involve the body in your recivery process.
- You are visiting a psychologist or other regular counselor and want to add a body-centered approach to your proces.
- You suspect that trauma is affecting your life and want to gain more insight into this.

When we move our bodies with attention, we open up to a different way of 'knowing' and 'undoing'. In these trainings and classes I offer a safe environment to explore collaboration with your body and the bodies of others.

- You want to explore physical collaboration and non-verbal communication in a safe context.
- You are looking for a body practice bringing together elements of martial arts, dance and sport.

Care and support that moves with you
Everyone faces challenges in life: You long for a bigger change, you suddenly get stuck in troubles and sometimes you have a hard time recovering from an intense experience.
As a former professional dancer, Somatic Experience / SOMA practitioner and personal faculitator, I know first-hand how differently people and their bodies can respond to the wide range of experiences life can offer.
I believe that every-body has the capacity to recover from what is or has been overwhelming, and in that very process, we find humaness as life itself takes on a deeper meaning. At the root of this lays my confiction that each human beings has their own “life work” to do, but not alone.
With respect for you and your experiences, I offer different ways to heal and deepen the connection with yourself, others and life - individually or in a group.
It is an honour to guide you with attention and skills in the things that are truly important to you. May weight and lightness both have a place in life.
